Depending upon who you ask you will get some positive reactions to having back surgery. On the other hand I have also heard the opposite, where as some people who have back surgery felt worse after the surgery. I guess it depends on the person and the circumstances they face. I know a person who was thinking about surgery as they have suffered for many years with pain in the back and spine, and they were wondering if this would help. This person was going to do some research on spine surgery in the Dallas area using Google, so I gave them the keywords Spine surgery Dallas to see what they come up with. I know a few people who has back surgery, but still had pain and the surgery did not stop the pain. I would personally get a few opinions from different doctors, before I committed to surgery. Have any of you had back surgery? What was your result? Do you regret it?

Redwood picnic table

The weather in North Carolina has been pretty nice, today it was pretty warm. We have had our cold days and below freezing but then it shoots right back up. Seeing this beautiful weather has me already thinking about spring. I was thinking about all the things I want to do this spring and even summer. I was pricing some picnic tables, since I am thinking about adding one in the yard. I came across this redwood picnic table and thought it was pretty nice. It was out of my budget but I still thought it was nice especially the way the benches were designed with the back support. Maybe I can find something similar made in a different material that is less expensive. I don't know, I am going to continue to look and price some different ones and see if I decide to go with a picnic table or or something else all together.

Even though Father's Day is months away there no time like the present to think of gifts for that special man or men in your life. If you he smokes cigars and does not have a special place to put them, look into humidors. A humidor is special container made to hold cigars. It provides the environment needed for the cigars to age and keep its flavor. Prices vary depending upon the size and materials used to make the humidor. There are humidors the sizes of closets and rooms and these are normally custom made for the individual. You will find some of the room sized humidors in cigar shops as well. There are even travel humidors as well. I have seen some travel ones for under $20 and some more then $100, again it depends on materials and also the place selling them as well. Its something to think about if you get stuck thinking about what to buy, you don't have to wait for father's day and heck you don't even have to give it to a man. There are plenty of women who smoke cigars as well.

It’s crazy to think that I’ve been living in Richmond for over 20 years. I moved here for college and never looked back. I got a great job here after graduation so I really had no reason to leave. Then I met my husband, got married, and we were settled. It’s crazy to think that now we have four children and they are all growing up so fast. We just purchased a bigger home for our family, and it is so beautiful. We are really proud of it and want everything to be perfect when we move in. The first thing we did was look up Richmond adt home security. We know the service is great because we have it on our current home and a home alarm is something we can’t do without. Now that is taken care of I have to go shop for furniture and fixtures. It should be really fun since now I have a teenaged daughter to help me. All the kids are really excited about the house too so it should be fun to get them all involved.

I have finally decided after so much thought to make time to redo my other blog http://www.allkindofreviews.net. I had been with b2evolution for far to long, I am switching over to the WordPress platform. I work with WordPress everyday for my websites and for clients but I never had the time to redo my own blog. But as I said on the other blog no more excuses! New year coming so its time to make the change. I think WordPress is so much better and easier to customize. Do any of you have any blogs on the WordPress platform? What do you think about WordPress? If you have not Speedglas is the name brand of welding shields and is part of the 3M family. They are the first to commercially viable auto-darkening welding lens. The product is made in Sweden and is built for Australian Conditions. The company has states that is continues to improve it's products over the past 30 years by working with welder's, safety engineers and ergonomic specialists. Prices vary for these helmets depending upon were you go and buy them. One website had helmets for around $225 and up.

Reward Cards

There are so many companies offering reward cards these days, that it is hard not to take advantage of them. I have a few reward cards to a few stores and some I use more often then others. For me it depends on what I get for using the card. I use grocery reward cards the most. One card that I wish they would improve is Bi-Lo's fuel perks program. By making purchases at participating retailers, which add up over multiple visits, you earn cents/gallon discounts that are redeemable at participating fuel locations. The discounts are redeemed by inserting your fuelperks! card in the dispenser at participating fuel sites or by presenting your fuelperks! card to the cashier at the fuel station. This how Bi-lo explains the program.

They also state that you can get up to 20 gallons of gas. But one major flaw is this they say this on their website "I had $.75 in fuelperks! and haven't redeemed any, but my receipt only shows that I have $.10 now. Where did my fuelperks! go?
Your fuelperks! Rewards are good for up to 20 gallons of gas and expire from 91 to 120 days after grocery purchase (specifically the remainder of the month plus three months). For precise expiration dates, refer to your BI-LO receipt or visit bilo.com for more details on accessing your account information online. As a general rule, fuelperks! Rewards expire after the current month that they are earned in plus three months."

But what they fail to mention is not all the time you get up to 3 months to use the bonus. Onetime my husband I had about $.50 in fuel perks and when he went to use it, it was gone and it was not even a week that we had earned that reward. I did not use it and he is the only driver. So they don't give you up to 3 months to use the rewards like they state. This has happened more then once. They really need to get their acts together! How many of you shopped today? I am pretty sure you all know that today is Cyber Monday, there are tons of sales to be had. I looked around to the places I normally shop at, but I honestly I did not find what I was looking for. Although I did not find what I was looking for exactly, I did come across some wireless headphones. It was not on my list but I am thinking about buying a pair. I love the fact that there no wiring to get in the way! There are many different styles of headphones to choose from so, I am going to see which one would suite me best. I saw that the prices vary depending upon the model and features, but I don't need anything fancy.

I see so many people wearing nursing scrubs now that it is hard to tell who is a real nurse and who is just wearing it for fashion. If I remember correctly back in the day you had to show ID to be able to purchase any uniform. You had to proof you were a doctor, nurse, police officer, security guard, mailman etc... Now anyone can purchase any of these uniforms with no questions asked. It's good, but scarey at the same time. Because people can easily commit fraud pretending to be someone they are not.

I googled woodstock tv to get tv in my new apartment. It is so much work. I always forget how exhausting it is to move! I need to have the tv on as I decorate and set up my new place! My fiance loves to watch the home construction and renovation shows. I find it a little ironic. Since he is the lasiest about doing anything around our apartment! I always have to call maintenance, and maybe it's all in my head but I can't help thinking they look and me and are like, "Can't you get your boyfriend to do this?!" I am utterly hopeless when it comes to that kind of stuff. I don't even know how to change a flat tire! I don't mind watching the home shows with him though. Some of the couples on there are a little bit annoying. But I do like seeing the creative things the celebrity interior designers come up with!

I was talking with an associate and she was telling me that she was looking for a job. She told me she was thinking about changing her career and maybe going back to school so she could make more money. She was doing research on various industries and she wanted to get into something she would enjoy. Since she likes being on the computer for hours she thought about being a computer operator and began to search for Computer Operator Jobs to see what she would need in order to get a job in this industry. I heard that you can really make some money if you work in this industry, IT's make a lot of money too. I told her that she should way her pros and cons to see if after she is done with school can she get another job, or can she get a job in this industry with the schooling and knowledge she already has. You don't want to go into debt only to not find a job in that industry.

There are all kinds of pool barriers that will protect your pool and prevent anyone from drowning in your pool. The one pictured is used for any in ground pool, but they do have pool fences for above ground pools. I know some people say they are expensive, but if you shop around I am pretty sure you can find one at a good price. It can be more expensive if you get sued if someone gets hurt or drowns in your pool unsupervised. I am looking into getting one for our above ground pool. Although I take my ladder down when its not in use, but I am thinking about the added protection we would have if we added one.

I lovereading fiction books, murder mysteries etc. and over the past few days I havebeen reading a book called A Ghost of a Chance. A Ghost of a Chance is afiction book written by V. Shantelle James. As soon as I began to read the bookI was drawn in. The story begins in a court room in Chicago with architecturalengineer Tonya Mills. She is in court to protect the public from the constructionconglomerate she is working for, after she discovers that one of the buildingsshe designed was built using sub-standard material, thus comprising it.

Although shehad the proof that this was the case, she loses the court battle and loses herfriends and reputation as well as her career. To get away from it all and get her life back, Tonya moves to Wyoming whereshe starts a new project reconstructing a fire-damaged resort in the mountains.To make life even worse for Tonya the resort she’s bought was set on fire by theowner of the corporation that ruined her career, and the head of this firm ispart of a deadly drug cartel! She learns all this from a Detective named Mike Greenwho was one of the survivors of the fire.

I will notsay much more since I don’t want to give it away, but this story has corruption,mystery, intrigue and more! I was totally taken back by the way this book waswritten it is totally a thrilling mystery. The author has a way of having you feellike you are part of the novel and are physically there. At one point I thoughtI was smelling smoke. I like books thatmake you feel like you are that involved!

When someone goes to rehab they should be going to kick a habit, not to live in luxury and be pampered. Some of these rehabs are like 5 star hotels. At least that is my opinion, I am pretty sure you have either seen or heard of the show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. Some of these celebrities are just ridiculous on how they act, they act like they are owed something. Even with their addiction some blame others for their mistakes, some to seem to act like they don't want to even be there. Going to rehab is not cheap either, So you can imagine one of those luxury top rehab centers like the celebrities go to. I don't even think celebrities should seek one of these centers, they should be treated like anyone else and go to kick the habit not be pampered like a baby. Would you like to sleep comfortably? Are you tired of your lumpy bed? If you answered yes then maybe I have the answer for you! Why not look into memory foam toppers. They can save you a lot of money, if you can't buy a brand new mattress. I have used several of these over the past couple of years, and I must say that they are very comfortable and do help you sleep better. They are not expensive and you can find them to fit any size bed and they come in various thickness. These toppers mold to your body so they give your neck, back, shoulders and legs good support. Some companies even make custom memory foam toppers. Sometimes you can find them on sale all over the web or at your local box store. I really think its worth giving it a try, even if you don't have a lumpy bed you can still use one to make your bed have more cushion. I have also used these on a sofa beds, as we know most sofa beds are not comfortable at all. I actually have never slept on a comfortable sofa bed until I started putting foam toppers on them.

If you don't know I am a buzzagent and sometimes they ask me to review products or services. For the past 2 weeks I have been using the Scrubbing Bubbles® One Step toilet bowl cleaner. For those of you who have never heard of the product here is a link to the website http://www.scrubbingbubbles.com/Products/Pages/one-step-toilet-bowl-cleaner.aspx. I must say that I was impressed with the product it was easy to use, you just clip it on any toilet bowl ring and once you do that, it has a pedal that you step on which activates the nozzle and it does a 360 degree turn. This covers the entire bowl and under the rim. It does work well with making the bowl look clean. The one negative is that the clip does move sometimes so you have to make sure your seat is on tight, otherwise if you sit on the seat and it moves you will feel that clip.

You can buy refills for it although according to the company it should last 30 days when used as directed. It is very affordable and you can find coupons for it all over the internet. They have starter kit coupons and refill bottle coupons. I received some free coupons with the kit and have kept some for myself as well as given them away to friends and family.

There are many places to find great, money saving coupons. Everyone knows you can find coupons in your Sunday newspapers. But you may not be aware of other ways to get them.

Facebook:

Facebook is a great way to grab coupons. You can find manufacturer's Facebook pages and a lot of them offer coupons, free samples, etc.

Manufacturer's Websites :

A lot of products you purchase will have their website on the label. You can sometimes find promotional offers right on their sites.

Contact Manufacturers:

If they don't offer coupons or samples on their website, use the contact info on the site or label. Tell them you like their product and are hoping to get a coupon. I've had a few mail me coupons this way!

Coupon Blogs & Facebook Pages:

There are a LOT of couponing blogs and Facebook pages. They post a lot of coupons, freebies, free samples, giveaways and more. This way, if you're too busy to search online, just LIKE a Facebook page or subscribe to their blog emails to get your goodies each day!

Organizing your Coupons

There are several different methods to organize coupons. I'll tell you a few ways, but it's really going to depend on you and what works best for you.

Coupon Binder:

You can use any size binder you think you'll need. I suggest a 2 to 3 inch binder for new couponers. Get some baseball card sleeves (there are also sleeves with different size pockets), some dividers to separate categories and organize by category.

Shoe Box or Recipe Box:

You can use a shoe box or recipe box with dividers to separate the categories. Clip your coupons and organize by category.

File Box:

Some like to use a file box with hanging file folders to hold a whole insert and just clip what coupons you need, when you need them. Using a file box, it's impossible to organize by category, so you can organize this however works best for you.

Now that you have some coupons and they're organized neatly, you'll want to go to one of the coupon blogs or Facebook pages you found. A lot of these blogs/pages do store match ups. A store match up is when someone takes the sales ad from a store and matches it with the current coupons available. This is how you save money shopping and can even get some things free, or for pennies on the dollar.

Example: I had $.50 coupons for Suave Deodorant. The deodorant was on sale at Walmart for $.97. I paid $.47 each after using my coupons!

There is a lot to learn about couponing if you want to do it correctly and save a lot of money when you shop. I'm still learning myself! I started a Facebook page and a blog to help teach others how to save as I learn. I post as many deals as I can find and there are usually giveaways on the blog for my fans.

Finding the perfect green school bag for my daughter

Now that my daughter is in high school, she just doesn't think that it works to just buy a new backpack. She has to have a very stylish bag. Well, through all of these bags that we have to buy each new school year, I thought that it would be a good rule this year to find a back that's green or made out of recycled materials. I heard that this is happening all over the US. I was talking to a friend of mine about it who lives in Missouri and she was telling me, this is a good time for her to buy and home. While we were talking she was searching for Branson real estate, since that is where she wants to get a house in Branson and she was hoping she would get lucky. I love to wear sunglasses and I am always looking at the latest styles to see if any of them fit my fancy. As I was searching for my next pair of sunglasses I came across these Tom Ford Sunglasses. Although I think they are nice they are more then I care to pay for sunglasses. The price on these babies are $384.99. Call me el cheapo but I can see myself spending that much on sunglasses unless they came with a prescription. But don't get me wrong that is my opinion only and I know some people who would pay that much, heck you may pay that much. Needles to say if they were a lot cheaper I would surely buy them, because I like the way they look. I also like the color of the tint in them as well.

One thing I found that would make a unique gift is giving out trophies and awards as gifts. You can make up why you are giving them the award or the trophy. It makes it really special because you took the time to think about the person and make it personalized just for them. Ink cartridges especially hp ink cartridges, can be expensive. I don't know why they need to be priced that way. I still have one hp printer and when that one goes I think I will stick with the Epson brand. Those cartridges are not bad price wise. The printers print really nicely. I try to buy hp cartridges at a discount and I don't buy them at the big box stores anymore. So I look for bulk sales in hopes of saving money. Some people buy remanufactured ink cartridges, which can be risky from some printers. I had an hp printer a long time ago and I bought remanufactured ink cartridges for it, and it totally messed up the printer and I had to buy a new one. Where do you buy your ink cartridges?

Shopping for health insurance can be a stressful and expensive thing. It is amazing how much they are charging per month for health insurance and then still expect you to pay co-pays of like $15-$20 a visit. Why can't health insurance be inexpensive like life insurance? You get rates for life insurance for like $20 a month. That would be a dream, wouldn't it? I know a few people who are paying over $700 a month for insurance that is for an individual not a family. I really do feel they need to do something about the cost of health insurance and they need to make it more affordable!!

I have watched many shows about marriages, and some of them are actually funny. There are those shows that provide a glimpse of real marriage life. Many of them do not. Many shows try to give their own dose of humor that may be funny, but it doesn' reflect a real marriage. You have those shows, and then you have King of Queens.

I watch King of Queens all the time on satellite TV, that I got after I saw these direct.tv, and I am never disappointed. I have always loved shows that put a humorous touch on the concept of marriage. There are so many shows that paint marriages as a constant drama with lies, cheating, and a host of problems.

King of Queens brings show the better side of married life. They are not always happy with each other, but they can make fun of the situations. It's good humor to have the father (Jerry Stiller) in place because he provides so much comic relief. He actually has a life of his own, and his stories are just as funny as the married couple.

Leah Remini has always been a pleasure to watch as well. Her comic timing is just wonderful. It's so funny to find a character that plays a wife so well. She definitely has the right mix of sincerity and boldness for this role. This show is great.

The hunters are in various exotic locales, from the South of France to Spain to Madagascar! It’s so fascinating seeing how people in other countries live, and how much you can get for your money. It always amazes me how much history some other countries have compared to America! My favorite part of the show is the end where the crew comes back months later to the house the family chose to see how it’s working out. They usually have moved in and decorated and it always gives me wanderlust!

To me it's just like any other person who is getting married, I personally don't see a big deal about it. I am really curious to know how many people gave xbox as a gift and how many were sold this holiday season. I am guessing millions, especially with the release of the kinetic. One of my favorite portable game systems is the psp
The reason for this is that you can do so much with it. You can watch movies, videos, listen to music, surf the net and of course play games on it. My kids love to use and so do I. They even dropped the price which makes it even more affordable to own one. The screen is a nice size as well. One of things I know others like about the psp is that you can play up to 16 people, that is really cool. Although Christmas is over you can still buy one as a birthday gift or buy one for yourself if you don't have one already.

Did any of you get any great deals on Cyber Monday? I looked around but I personally didn't find anything I was looking for. I did get some great deals online on black Friday though. It was really fun shopping online trying to get that deal of the day, it was even more fun knowing I was not outside standing online or camping out over night trying to get that one product of 8 available and be the 10th person online.
